Grant Chromy

Grant began his commercial banking career in the 90’s working in all areas of banking. He worked in treasury management operations, credit and commercial lending for several larger and regional banks and a not-for-profit lending institution.  Grant also owned his own business for several years, these entrepreneurial skills have helped him in his work with small businesses.  He has been able to share his expertise with other small businesses to help them get started, grow, and guide them to become successful businesses. 

Grant joined Spring Bank in 2025 to become its Portfolio Manager to help manage the Bank’s existing commercial client base.  Grant earned his BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
