Lauren Kirch

Lauren is an experienced banking professional with a well-rounded career that began in retail banking in 2010 and evolved into financial leadership. She joined Spring Bank in 2013 and transitioned into the accounting department, steadily advancing to the role of Controller. Lauren brings a strong blend of frontline banking knowledge and back-office financial expertise. She is a graduate of Ottawa University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
