With over 30 years of accounting experience, including 23 dedicated to the banking industry, Nikki Rotier brings a deep understanding of financial operations and strategic financial planning. Since joining Spring Bank in 2019, she has continued to leverage this expertise to drive operational efficiency and support sound financial decision making. Nikki has a degree from UW Milwaukee and the Graduate School of Banking, with a focus on Executive Leadership. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2001.
