Under David’s leadership, Spring Bank has grown to more than $360 million in assets and has consistently surpassed forecasted plans since the bank opened in August 2008. Spring Bank has achieved this success because of David’s commitment to providing each customer with the personalized attention and exceptional service they deserve, delivered by an experienced team of banking professionals.
The son of a banker, David began his 30+ year career with First Wisconsin, and also served as Regional President for Northeast Wisconsin for J.P. Morgan Chase. He has actively participated in and supports several community organizations such as Sharon Wilson Center for the Arts, Stars & Stripes Honor Flights, Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin, and The Parenting Network.
David was named to the Wisconsin Bankers Association Board of Directors in 2014. He currently serves on the Membership Council for the American Bankers Association (ABA) and is a former member of the ABA's Community Bankers Council
David had a ‘part-time’ job – coveted by many of his peers – as Coach to Player Communication Official for the National Football League at Lambeau Field. David "retired" from his National Football League position after 27 years. He also enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team and Wisconsin Badger football team.
Dave is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Certified Public Accountant.
