Rachel Priddy

Rachel entered the banking industry in 2017 and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. She has built a well-rounded background through roles as a teller, personal banker, and internal auditor before becoming a commercial loan officer. Over the years, she has developed a specialty in equipment financing and enjoys supporting clients in the trades and construction industries - sectors she cares deeply about both personally and professionally.

In June of 2025, Rachel joined Spring Bank as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking. She appreciates the bank’s local approach to lending and its commitment to being a true community banking partner for businesses.

As a proud member of the National Association of Women in Construction and the wife of a business owner in the construction industry, Rachel brings a unique perspective and genuine passion to her work. She believes in building lasting relationships rooted in trust - treating clients more like friends than transactions.
