Rick serves as Vice President of Treasury Management at Spring Bank, where he works closely with business clients to deliver tailored banking solutions that enhance operational efficiency, protect against fraud, and support long-term growth. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Rick brings a comprehensive understanding of both treasury management and retail banking. 

Prior to his current role, Rick held leadership positions across consumer banking, sales, and marketing. His well-rounded background allows him to approach each client relationship with insight, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an exceptional banking experience. 

Rick lives in Brookfield, Wisconsin, where he resides with his wife and two daughters. He remains actively involved in the community and values the opportunity to help local businesses thrive through trusted, long-term partnerships.
