Spring Bank and FHLBank of Chicago Award Two Milwaukee-Based Developers with $250,000 Grant
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and Spring Bank recently awarded $500,000 in grants to support the next generation of affordable housing developers. The funding will provide paid internship and fellowships through Spring Bank customers AK Development and Milwaukee Development Corporation, giving emerging professionals hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle - from planning and financing to construction and community engagement. Spring Bank is proud to support affordable housing initiatives in Milwaukee!
