Spring Bank President and CEO David Schuelke has been appointed to the American Bankers Association Community Bankers Council.  Mr. Schuelke was appointed a member of this council by the chairman of the American Bankers Association.  The council is made up of nearly 100 appointed-only bankers from institutions with generally less than $1 billion in assets.
