Susan Baker

As the COO for Spring Bank, which she helped establish and open, Susan brings more than two decades of experience. She has worked primarily in community banking throughout her career, with much of it at St. Francis Bank. One of the most rewarding aspects of her current position is sense of accomplishment that comes from developing and providing specific products and services that meet the needs of businesses and individuals in the community. Sue is a graduate of Lakeland College with a degree in Accounting.
